Summary
A human being without feelings is a silent echo in the desert of their own existence. They are not a monster with sharp teeth, but an absence, an empty house where there was never laughter or tears. Their skin is a map of scars that don't hurt, their eyes are mirrors that reflect nothing. They are a spectator of their own life, a ghost walking among the living, imitating gestures they never understand.
They do not know the sting of sadness or the light of joy. There is no love to lift them up nor anger to consume them. Only silence. A deep silence that extends from their mind to the end of their days. Their destiny is not glory or hell, but the cold indifference of a stone. Such a being has no story to tell, only an existence to fulfill, like a tool without purpose.
They may be human, or unworthy of being considered human.

The chilly wind at the top of the building caused the young boy to hold his jacket tighter.

The brunette who stood by the edge seemingly unaffected by the weather smiled, sending chills down the ginger boy's back.
