Or that is to say, Purple couldn’t hear at all. Splinter noticed this almost immediately after escaping the Hidden City that had kept him prisoner for so long, ducking his (wrong wrong wrong) body into a New York alley. The rain pounded, harsh and unforgiving, upon him and his babies.
