Now that Professor Hecat has decided to retire, Carina has been asked to fill her place. The job offer pulls her back to Hogwarts once again, or at least she claims that's all that brought her back. She never got over the feeling that Rookwood was still out there somewhere and her search has led her back to Hogwarts. It seemed simple enough, find Rookwood, put him down. But things become more complicated when Carina reunites with her former Potions Professor and mentor Aesop Sharp as she struggles to keep her true feelings for him hidden.

Fan fiction about my OC in Hogwarts Legacy and Ominis Gaunt.
After I played the game, I loved Ominis and imagined a little history with my character, Odessa, and Ominis and what might have happened if their friendship was broken and her unspoken love was rejected. And what would happen if they reunited several years later.
This follows all the decisions I made in the game and follows the story pretty faithfully. It opens with a brief look after they graduate from Hogwarts and shows what Odessa and the others did afterwards and continues around three years later.
I'm an angsty writer so there will be some of that.
Hogwarts Legacy was super fun to play and I enjoyed exploring that world. *As a visual aid and to help me navigate what room is where, I used the map and layout from the game to help me show where everything is in and around Hogwarts. Some references to things I mention are from the books, movies and from the HP wiki.
I don't own any of these characters and I have no affiliation with the you-know-who that wrote the books the game is based on.
Also this is basically my first solo fan fiction so I'm nervous and excited to share it.

But I have, I've infodumped to her and now I bring a fanfic which was once frantically made by three people that is made purely for fun and to show love to moo!
