A week into your time with the Dateviators you developed rules of the game:
1. Do your best. This opportunity had crashed through your window and maybe it was a gift from the universe to help you stave off the loneliness that had been creeping into your life.
2. Fuck Valdivian. If using the glasses and keeping them safe meant screwing them over, then you would do whatever it took to protect the Dateviators.
3. Do not, under any circumstances, think too much about Dorian. Easier said than done, you suspected, but back to rule one, you would do your best.You weren't sure how well these rules would serve you, but they definitely test you when a break in leaves the entire house on edge, and Dorian finds the feelings you might be developing for each other to blame. You both have to decide what your relationship means to each other, and whether anything other than friendship is worth pursuing in a home with too many personalities to make life safely predictable.

His jealousy sometimes makes interacting with others difficult which also makes solving this case hard, but his powers also allow him to see and feel things that others can’t, including law enforcement. So, maybe his attachment to you isn’t the worst thing?
