Phineas was indeed the first to notice Perry the Platyapus acting strange one night. This strange behavior continues and unknowest to the boys its a result of a heated, steamy night with Agent P’s nemesis Heinz Doofenshmirtz.
Way better then the summary suggest. If anyone has any sugguestions for improvement of summary or the fic itself please share it kindly. :) -
