Summary
There are plenty of hideouts to choose from, but he needs one that is far from civilization, soundproof and can safely contain a very violent and highly skilled occupant. He's been working as a double agent for ten years, though, so the specifics aren't the main problem. Getting 33 to collaborate is a harder task to archive. She is docile and withdrawn, but he knows it won't last and he will never overpower her once the calmness passes. He no longer throws up blood, which is good, but it doesn't have to mean anything yet.
