Summary
At this angle, he could feel his entire body shaking with weakness that made him feel like his muscles were unraveling off of his fucking bones, and all the while, his heart slammed against his ribs hard enough to make him think he must be dying again. He must have been dying again, and he nearly thought limbo would have been better than this hell, but he stopped himself short. Nothing was worse than that train station.

Or, Wilbur suffers from a blood pressure disorder/digestional disability post-revival, and he's not used to caring about himself enough to deal with it, nor is he used to letting people take care of him when he's too weak to explain it away. Summary
Wilbur took a deep, level breath in through his nose, then back out, his lips twitching as he tried to come up with some response, any response. He hated this. He absolutely fucking hated this, this vulnerable, exposed feeling in his chest that made him want to squirm away and hide under his wings, but he refused to let them know that. A larger part of him wanted to kick and lash out until they regretted asking,
Then he felt a tiny hand at his knee under the water, and his eyes flicked in Karl’s general direction, wary.
“Hey, this isn’t an argument, or anything big like that,” came Karl’s small voice.
“We’re literally just trying to get to know you. And we get to do this new thing together, instead of alone this time. Remember what I said about not hiding the shit that matters from people anymore?”...
Or, Wilbur has a blood pressure disability post-revival and passes out after a shower. Sapnap decides he wants to help him wash his hair on his next low-spoons day. Quackity and Karl join them for the same reason, and unexpectedly, Wilbur has to come face to face with one of his biggest hurdles when it comes to opening up to his partners.
