Tylon's atrocities left zoanthropes abandoned in a world of discrimination and abuse. When the Liberation Front collapsed from its own crimes, a new organization rose to champion the rights of their people. The WOC (World of Coexistence) is a non-profit organization founded and funded by peacekeepers who seek to improve the safety and security of zoanthrope lives. For as often as they provide defense from outside threats, the WOC has a lot of cleaning up to do within their own community─and many among them have their own crimes to answer for.
