Summary
Their mom says It’s time to grow up but Octavia has a different idea for what that means for her and Bellamy supports her- because really he sometimes thinks he might be following her lead more than she’s following his. Ultimately it’s them against the world until they realize they aren’t actually as alone as they felt.
Clarke goes through the motions but nothing sparks anything in her until she begins to meet some rather unconventional people that really shake up her mundane suburban existence- for better or worse. She just wants passion and inspiration in her life- how else is she going to make art?
Murphy’s working hard to get what he wants out of life- it’s not just luck or happenstance- he puts a lot of effort into everything alright?! And he’s a totally normal guy, nothing too weird anyway- his parents have reassured him of that.
