When Tony coughs up the first petal he knows that he is in trouble. Surprised? Not at all. He had been expecting it for a while now. It's not a shock although it's not good news either. Who is excited to hear they are dying after all? It's an old hat for Tony, but that doesn't make it much better. In a kinder world this wouldn't matter.
