Summary
Dream visits him every Tuesday, and has visited him every Tuesday, for the past six months. (Tuesdays are, of course, his new favorite day of the week.)
Which is why, when Hob Gadling spies his friend sitting on a bench not far from The New Inn on a Monday, surrounded by men clearly set on intimidating him, well, there is only one thing he can do. Come to the defense of his friend, once more, of course.
In the process, Hob discovers he may not have been alone in wishing for them to be far more than simply friends.
