Instead of Kate being the Bat of the Future... When they found Bruce Wayne of Earth-99, he was still old, wearing that exoskeleton, and still made the decisions he had made in the past. However, one year ago, Bruce Wayne met someone who had the same passion for justice and the eyes of vengeance as he did.
Bruce told them that he chose his successor, who is the Bat of the Future.
