Summary
Levi shrieked at the top of his lungs, and Erwin had never heard his husband so frightened in his life. He dropped his book to the floor and ran as fast as he could, terror filling his chest as he wondered just what had made Levi react in such a way. He was in fight or flight mode, terribly anxious as he rushed into their bedroom.
“What?! What happened?!” Erwin exclaimed, looking around frantically.
Levi stared at Erwin in some shock before opening and closing his mouth, “I… I… it’s nothing.”
Erwin gaped at Levi, exasperated, “It’s not nothing! What happened?! You screamed so loud- I thought you were really hurt or something!”

Summary
Levi was getting incredibly pissed off. He couldn’t get the damn car into the parallel parking spot, and there were cars continually passing around them as he struggled to pull back into the spot. Erwin and Levi were moving into their new apartment - all their boxes and furniture were already inside, they were just trying to find somewhere to park after having gotten some dinner together.
“Just… turn the wheel and-” Erwin tried calmly, sitting in the passenger’s seat.
“I know!” Levi snapped, not meaning to get so frustrated with his boyfriend but having some trouble controlling his tone. He could just get so angry when he was stressed, and he could feel his blood boiling as he once again hit the curb with the back tire.
“Fuck!” He swore and pulled back out of the spot to readjust, putting the car in park. “You fucking do it, I’m done.”

Summary
Levi was busy sipping his coffee in the coffee shop after having gone on a shopping spree, his bags stacked up on the chair next to him, when he spotted the handsome blonde approaching him. He could feel his eyes avoiding the blonde’s - surely the man wasn’t focused on him, was he?
But when he heard the man clear his throat and greet him with a kind, “Pardon me, I couldn’t help but notice you’re sitting all alone here.”
Levi smiled nervously up at the man, trying his best to show off his engagement ring so the man would know he was taken, “Oh… that’s nice of you to notice, but… I think my fiancé wouldn’t be too happy with me if I let you sit with me.”
The man’s smile quickly turned to a frown as he saw the ring, “Oh. My apologies. I didn’t mean to offend. My name’s Erwin… I just moved here from a couple of towns over.”

Summary
Levi was so excited for their twenty-fifth anniversary. They’d been together for so long now, and Levi was happy to celebrate such a milestone with his husband. Erwin said he had a surprise for him, and Levi wondered what was in store for him when he came back from the marketplace. He’d picked up some flowers for Erwin and some treats for the two of them to share, as Erwin had shooed him out of the house so he could prepare the surprise.
The two were in their 50s now, and weren’t as spry as they once were. But they didn’t let their age stop them from having fun. Levi approached their little cottage by the sea and knocked on the door, not wanting to walk in if Erwin wasn’t ready for him.
Erwin answered the door, his aging face turning into a surprised grin at his husband standing on their doorstep, “Levi… you came just in time. Come on in, darling.”

Summary
Levi had never been so nervous in his whole damn life, sitting at the table with Kenny, his mother, Erwin, and Erwin’s father, at his mother’s house. She’d invited Erwin and his father for dinner to get to know the Smiths better, since Levi and Erwin had been dating for almost a year now.
Levi was a mama’s boy - he didn’t want to disappoint her by telling her she shouldn’t do such a thing. But he really didn’t want Erwin’s father to meet his family, his uncle in particular. His mom was fine - she was so cheerful and kind, but Kenny… well, he was just… Kenny.
Levi’s eyes darted around nervously as his mother began to serve up the food: a rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, carrots, and freshly sliced bread with red wine to drink. Erwin didn’t look nearly as uncomfortable as Levi, the bastard. He was always so good at these kinds of social situations.

Summary
Levi had never fit in with the other angels. Upon his creation, he’d been bestowed two black wings and a dark halo, different from the others. He was endlessly mocked and teased as he grew up. They called him the ‘Angel of Darkness’.
He travelled down to earth occasionally just to get away, and today had been particularly bad. Even the elders treated him differently, and today, when one of the other angels told him to ‘go back to hell where he belongs’, nobody had done anything to stop it.
Levi was busy picking wildflowers in a field, where there were no humans for miles, when he heard a sinister ‘hello’ behind him. He nearly jumped, turning to face where the voice had come from. He knew that some demons would come to earth to capture the angels that visited there, so he was on high alert when he turned around.
But Levi was confused by what he saw. It was certainly a demon, but not one like he’d ever seen before. The demon had white hooves, white fur and white horns, wearing a black robe over it. Every demon Levi had ever seen was dark, their horns were either red or black. But this was a demon that was completely the opposite. The two stared at each other, equally surprised by one another’s appearances.

Summary
Levi stared at the marching band as they stepped onto the field, getting into formation. He was sitting in his uniform with the other cheerleaders at the sidelines, watching the half-time show of the football game. Levi had his eye on one particular band member: Erwin Smith. He was a flute player in the marching band, and Levi had fallen for him when he’d heard Erwin play a beautiful piece at a talent show last year. But he didn’t know how to talk to Erwin. They ran in completely different circles: he was a popular, sporty cheerleader and Erwin was a nerdy, shy band member.
Levi watched the band moving around as they played, an impressive flowing formation that never misstepped. Their marching band was award-winning in their state, and even though his teammates thought it was lame, Levi really admired them.
He felt an elbow poke him in the ribs and turned to glare at whoever had done it. It was Nana, one of his teammates, who was giggling at him and teasing, “Don’t drool too much, Levi. You’ll get your uniform wet.”
Some of the other girls laughed, and Levi rolled his eyes, “Shut up. I’m not drooling.”

Levi had been about to leave Erwin’s office that evening when Erwin stopped him, calling out his name. Levi stopped in his tracks, his hand out to wrap around the door knob. He put his hand back down by his side and turned around.

Erwin cleared his throat, looking a little nervous. Levi had never seen him look like that before, and they’d been sleeping together for about a month now. He raised an eyebrow, watching Erwin shift uncomfortably in his seat and smile shyly at Levi.
“Are you busy tomorrow night?” He asked.
“Uhh,” Levi replied. “No, why?”
