Summary
Meta abilities were starting to become the norm, at least for heroes. They’ve been around for about 100 years now but not for the general population. At four years old, children are taken to various government-sanctioned doctors and are given different tests to see if they have manifested any meta abilities. Twenty years ago it was discovered that everyone with a meta ability had something in common: they only had one joint in their pinky toe. A new streamlined form of human evolution.
If a child does have a meta ability, they never see their parents or loved ones ever again. They’re taken in by the government to train to become heroes. Their memories and the memories of their parents are altered. Or at least that’s what is supposed to happen.Inko took her son and fled the day that Bakugou Katsuki had turned four years old. Her husband, Hisashi, warned them that Bakugou Masaru was a carrier for the meta ability gene. Masaru’s father was a hero. It was highly likely that if they had a child, their child would be cursed with a meta ability as well.

Summary
Midoriya Izuku has lived through tough times, one of those being the pre-quirk era with a mutation.
Since people hated quirks and their users then, they didn't know a lot about it. Especially not that it could be trauma-induced.

Quirks were such... fascinating things. There were quirks that could allow you to breathe in outer space, quirks that could allow you to teleport, quirks that could allow you to travel in time...
All of which, All for One has spent so much time studying and analyzing to discover which ones could be practical.
Longevity was perhaps his second most favorite, penultimate to that of his quirk stealing quirk itself, but... Longevity only afflicted matter, yet not mind. There was only so much it can do before it caused... Setbacks in his own mentality-
I've been working on this, tweaking on this and making sure it's okay for just under 4 weeks - but, when you're an aspiring writer who's thirsty for original ideas, that's life for ya.
