Summary
(This Fic is a short of spin-off/companion to my fully OC fic Hexes on the Shelves, as the two main characters from that fic are also the protagonists of this one, I tried to write it so it can be fully enjoyed without previous knowledge of them, but bear in mind that they will be the primary focus of the story.)
When she was young Elisabeth got involved in a car accident that somehow gave her the ability to see and interact with ghosts, she decided to help every ghost she can to finish their unfinished business and move on to the other side, this however resulted in two things, first of all, landing a job as the "Alive relations" on a library runed by the ghost of Dan, a wannabe writer, and second of all, getting some reputation around town as a sort of "Supernatural Private Investigator".
One day an strange letter arrives to the library requesting that Elly investigates the closed door murder of young artist Freya Fellow, lured by the possibility of working on her first big case (and the unwritten consequences that ignoring an unsigned letter might bring) Elly & Dan embark towards the mysterious Tangle Tower.
