Summary
Fier and her little sister are going to the festival, an event that Fier has anticipated going to. But as they're staying at a hotel while waiting for the festival, Fier encounters a dashing phantom thief that makes her grapple with feelings long suppressed.
But soon, news of the mysterious "Phantom Killer" starts to spread around, and Fier must team up with this phantom thief to figure out which of the phantom thieves is the Phantom Killer, before they commit their "ultimate theft"

Everybody seemed to have a partner, except for her. But when a familiar blue-haired lady that she just talked to often but never really got to know shows up, and seems to show interest in Fier, maybe it was a sign that things were going to change.
