AU where the Wolffort legacy turns out to be lycanthropy.
Faking acquiescence to Roland's Final Proposal, Frederica Aesfrost and her fiancée, Serenoa Wolffort, defy the Scales of Conviction and commit to a risky plot on the night of the Full Moon.
Prologue is ~450 words and Chapters will be 1 to 2k words each, generally getting longer as they progress.
This story combines aspects from several different endings (especially one in particular), and also revolves around a MAJOR spoiler from the base game that every route experiences. I would advise against reading until you have experienced at least one ending for yourself.

Frederica Aesfrost had been meek and mild initially, but her strength and conviction had shone through as she spent more time with Lord Serenoa. Benedict admired her determination and spirit, but thought of her as shortsighted, chasing her wild-eyed dreams of a better world. Benedict gritted his teeth, thinking of it again. He had presented his arguments calmly and logically. If they seized power in Norzelia, they could secure this future for the Roselle that Frederica desired without the sacrifice she demanded of their demesne.

Summary
It is two years after Frederica has freed the roselle from the clutches of Hyzante. Now in the rosellan homeland, Frederica and the survivors of House Wolffort must care for their new people in a brand new environment. But as a rift begins to form between them, and Frederica begins to doubt her abilities, it seems Centralia isn't the paradise it was brought up to be.
However, when Frederica is at her lowest, a vision shown to her could be the only chance to save her people.
