There in my arms, a bloodied mess of a person I loved. My vision was blurred with tears as the rain beat down on me relentlessly. The heat of my Super Saiyan power had died down after I had destroyed the ground beneath me in an animalistic fit of rage and now…. I was left with him.
---After what we see of Gohan's death and Trunks' SSJ transformation, the rain still continues.
This story is a direct continuation from that moment, filling in the gaps that the anime special leaves us with.
