You tune out and wait for the automated voice to start talking about the time of arrival. Glancing over at Lem, you find he’s already looking at you- your eyes dart away just as quickly, face warm, but not before catching the small smile tugging at the corner of his mouth. You click your seatbelt into the lock and grip the arms of your seat, waiting.
