Summary
Buggy's headspaces were unpredictable, unrefined and volatile - that's what the world and most in it considered to be fact.
They're only partially right.
His closest friends, his family, the ones he trusts implicitly know the truth. Buggy is the Genius Jester, the Flashy Fool, the Extraordinary Emperor of the Seas!
But sometimes he's just Buggy. And sometimes, Just Buggy isn't even an adult.
