Summary
“And you’ve been doing this the whole time? Every day?”
“Not this exact—”
“Answer me, Loki.”
Loki sighs. “It’s the same day, Mobius. How do you actually count th—?”
“Don’t be an ass. You know what I mean.”
“Not… every day.” Loki’s gaze slips off Mobius’s face to look over his shoulder, trying to hide whatever emotion is in his eyes. “Sometimes it’s… too much. And I… leave. For a day.”
There’s something cautious in Loki’s tone, as though he’s worried that Mobius will have something to say about the fact that Loki is simply leaving sometimes. But all Mobius can focus on is ‘for a day’. Only a day? A single day at a time amid the drudgery and loneliness of heroism?
OR
Mobius notices something off about Loki while they're trying to repair the Temporal Loom.

Summary
The man doesn’t even have time to get his hands up to protect his face before Loki is on him, straddling his wide waist and landing a hard jab straight down into his nose. It crunches satisfyingly under Loki’s fist, blood spilling out wet and warm, and the red exploding through his brain finally engulfs the whole thing.
“Loki!”
Words pour out of him, some of them in English, some in Old Icelandic, some in the language he knew before he was ever brought to Asgard. He doesn’t know what he’s saying, not really, only that he’s trying to purge himself of everything. All of it. The years of doing it alone. Doing it again. Doing it to failure. Over and over and over.
“Loki!”
His knuckles burn and his teeth are bared and he wants to pour this ache out of himself and into this poor excuse for a human being until he’s empty and there’s nothing left.
“Loki!”
OR
Loki expresses some of his pent-up frustration. Using his fists.
