Summary
Emma and Knightley are now married. While out for dinner, Emma has once again made fun of Miss Bates. Returning home, Knightley is angry, disappointed and refusing to speak to her. Emma attempts to tease her way back into his good books. She suggests that as she has been so very naughty, perhaps he ought to punish her. Knightley is intrigued.
