‘Espio always had Scale Rot: a hereditary condition that causes a reptile's scales to rapidly decay while under high stress or intense negative emotions. It was an annoying thing he’s always dealt with since he was a child that progressively got worse over the years. Can you really blame him though? Constant bills, money troubles, failed investigations, and two extremely loud and energetic housemates can cause any person to stress themselves out.’
Life has gotten busy for everyone inside the Chaotic household, and in all the mayhem Espio had started to neglect his well being. Don't worry about him, though. Vector has always had his back, and reminds the chameleon he's not alone. That he's allowed to be vulnerable and accept help sometimes.
