Was this his quirk? Was his body healing the wounds of his past with golden paint as if Izuku himself were a shattered vase, knit together with the love and care of a gentle potter who only wanted to see him still be of some use or sit beautifully on a shelf?

Summary
Shinsou Hitoshi, fresh out of law school with a great job lined up, just isn’t happy.
He spent years dedicating his time to his education, and now he feels like he’s watching everyone move on around him—friends getting married, having kids, buying houses etc. He’s finally starting his life, moving into a brand new apartment that he loves; but his insecurities get the best of him and his life quickly goes off the rails.
So one night, at his lowest, he becomes drawn to a grimoire he’d bought at a yard sale and tucked away on a shelf.
After poking around with it for a while, he decides to do one of the less-dangerous (by his estimations) spells—one that summons a crossroad demon.
Enter our favorite, snarky, back-talking hellspawn, Kaminari Denki.
With Shinsou not wanting to condemn his soul to the fiery inferno of Hell, they begin the journey to untether themselves, while Denki’s forced to trot faithfully behind Shinsou, 24/7.
