Summary
Regulus, before going to get the locket, hadn't really considered what to do after, and hadn't really expected to survive collecting it. The note he left in the fake locket is going to be damning if the psychopath ever reads it, he is not dead and there is a very real chance of Voldemort finding out and killing him and his family. Isn’t that fun?
___________Or; Regulus Black hadn't been planning to survive the cave but when he does he must make a decision on what to do next. Finding out Peter Pettigrew is a spy certainly wasn't apart of the plan but nothing on this earth could stop him from getting that rat.
