Summary
Hyperlaser felt a presence around him.
He didn't know who it could be or what they wanted, but he knew he had to do something and fast. He remained calm and decided to make a sharp turn and quickly spun himself around to wait and see who or what would turn the corner into the alleyway. A few feathers were left fluttering delicately to the ground as something darted out of the line of sight of Hyperlaser.
"Huh…feathers? What in the world...?" Hyperlaser said out loud, picking up one of the feathers from the ground, looking around for where, who, or what had gone. "I know you're following me.”
No response came after the mercenary’s claim.
At least, that’s what it seemed, until another feather drifted directly in front of his visor. From above.
Hyperlaser immediately looked up to see the source of the feathers and was quickly stunned by what he saw, not the fact that the person was flying, but the fact that the flying person…looked like him…?
