Kazuha is late.
‘Royal Detective, could you go and check on Prince Kazuha please?’ the empress asks. ‘He should have arrived fifteen minutes ago.’
‘Cut him some slack,’ Lady Beidou laughs, placing one hand on top of the empress’s shoulder. ‘He’s probably having fun at his lunch date right now.’
Heizou’s lower lip twitches at that. Normally, he couldn’t care less if Kazuha was late—he knows that Lady Beidou and Her Majesty Ningguang would not do anything much to him anyways. But what does catch his attention is what Beidou said—

prince kazuha is late to his court meeting because his lunch date with a noble overran. heizou is sent to go and get him, and needless to say, he drags kazuha out of there as quickly as he can.
