  Summary

  Shadow the Hedgehog had absolutely no intentions on surviving the Eclipse Canon's destruction. He had no intentions on surviving his wounds, either. No matter what happened, he just kept on living.
  And he wasn't even sure if that's what he wanted.
  But he had made a promise, to her, to give living on Earth a chance. He had to try, for her. He needed to live for her, too.

  He just wasn't entirely certain he knew how to do that—or was even capable.

  -This is an alternative read of a fanfiction I already had posted. A collection of Oneshots of Shadow adjusting to not just living, but living freely. In the original, the days are scrambled, but in this version, you are able to read the days in chronological order, and see the natural progression Shadow goes through as he learns what it truly means to give life a chance.-
