Summary
This take place in an alternate universe of the game OMORI. In this AU, one night, one accident, one pair of garden shears, and one death resulted in The Incident, which Basil and Sunny vowed to never speak of again. As Sunny and Basil’s relationship grew stale, Basil found himself locking himself inside his own house, unprepared to confront his childhood trauma, insecurities, desires, and demons from the past. Meanwhile, the rest of the gang actively search for their beloved friend Mari, considered a missing person by the authorities…I wonder what could have happened to her?
(This fic is written from the perspective of Basil, with some chapters being written from Sunny’s POV)
