Summary
Calling Batman a criminal is a gross understatement of the kind of mythical monster he's built himself up as, to the point a single ordinary man is a league level threat. Even then the League doesn't know who he really is.
Calling Robin a criminal is a gross oversimplification of the complex feelings Wally has of friendship-rivalry-dread-relief-fear-joy whenever he encounters Robin on a mission.
And calling Wally and Robin's relationship difficult is a gross overestimation of how solid the lines or good and evil are, and how unwilling they are to mix their personal feelings of kinship with their very opposing professions.
No, Wally and Robin are the easy part, it's everyone and everything else that makes what should be an easy friendship much, much more complicated

A bright, unfamiliar voice rang out from the hallway; Catra moved in slow-mo, her eyes falling in shock on the Amazonian woman emerging in the doorway, clad in pristine white and gold. Her platinum hair swung from a high ponytail down to her rib cage, blue eyes gleaming in the early morning light. Catra froze for the shortest second before smashing her glass on the side of the sink and holding it out in front of her towards the stranger.
“Whoa, whoa, whoa…”
“Who are you and how the fuck did you get into my flat?”
