Summary
Tommy wants to fight like his father and older brothers, he's got a costume and villain name and everything! Except powers. Yeah, the one thing that every villain and hero has.
But Tommy also lacks self-control, so in his stubbornness, he goes to sneak into the Mayor's office. Turns out he wasn't the only one wanting to find something against the mayor and meets two vigilantes who end up being just as stubborn and idiotic as him.
