  Summary

  Nikki put together a team of castaways and rejects (and some big-name baddies) and they forged a cohesive superhero team with grit, determination, and sheer, stubborn will. But she did so under a roof that wasn't hers and in a house with a lot of other people in it. How did they react to her new group?

  Inspired by a comment by nagini on "The Strike Team" and an old story I did from another comment on ff.net. It helps to have read "The Strike Team" before this, but you can maybe manage without it. Each chapter is done from the perspective of one Avenger and corresponds to one member of Nikki's team around the time of their induction.
