Summary
One windswept night in the leisurely city of Mondstat, a lone knight wanders the empty streets keeping watch over his people. Regaled with tales of a mysterious vigilante, he begins to suspect an old friend.
As he sets off to end the mystery of this vigilante, he'll have to reconcile the past he spent a lifetime leaving behind - a past that hides a great darkness, and an even greater pain, and he soon finds that the vigilante will be the least of his worries.
Through great anguish and suffering he will learn, the night is darkest just before the dawn.

He thought he would be busy but apparently he doesn't have anything on his radar and so he thought he could get himself a bit a drink from the Tavern. He doesn't notice that Diluc was in the Bar but he didn't seem to know what was on his mind and that led him to having a mental breakdown and Kaeya helps him out, Diluc's depressed after his father's death and he can't control himself.
Kaeya guides him into a positive light where Diluc no longer has to fall in the darkness ever again.
