Even faces erode. That's normal. The mind can be a fickle thing, and people forget things and life goes on. But have you wondered where forgotten memories go? Are they gone, as if they never existed, or do they just get buried somewhere so deep within layers and layers of the subconscious where the light of normal thought cannot reach?

When Kafka Sunbeam threw on his server’s apron, he wasn’t exactly prepared to see who was on his shift.
Gash Cafe was known for fulfilling any and all Mamodo needs, wants, or requests, no matter how ridiculous the demand, which Sunbeam had learned from his time on staff. Being prepared for anything was part of the job, and each day at the Cafe was sort of comparable to a battle between Mamodo’s. It could be wildly unpredictable, in the worst and the best ways.
