Summary
After getting caught in the explosion caused by Ansem the Wise's machine in The Castle That Never Was, Sora, Riku, and Kairi are thrown fifteen years into the past. Waking up in a world called the Land of Departure, they meet Master Eraqus, who, after learning of the accomplishments and heroic deeds that Sora had performed in defense of the Light and the worlds, all without any formal training, invites Sora, Riku, and Kairi to join Terra and Aqua as his pupils, so that they may fully unlock their true potential as chosen wielders of the Keyblade.
Seeing as they don't really have any other options, the trio accepts the offer, unknowingly setting the stage for lost secrets to be brought to light, incredible truths long-forgotten to be uncovered, and history to be rewritten...
Be it for the better... or for the worse.
