Summary
"All beings begin their lives with hopes and aspirations. Among these aspirations is the desire that there will be a straight path to those goals. It is seldom so. Perhaps never. Sometimes the turns are of one’s own volition, as one’s thoughts and goals change over time. But more often the turns are mandated by outside forces. It was so with me."
Thrawn did not understand the Force. He knew it existed, and in the past year he'd had more opportunities than ever before to learn about it, but he still didn't understand it. Perhaps he never would. But one thing he did understand, as he wandered the halls of the Jedi Temple, studied in its archives, and begrudgingly spoke with its people, was that the Force clearly had a sense of irony.
Or, Thrawn is trapped among the Jedi and becomes an unwilling member of the Jedi Order.

Summary
(Why?) All went to plan, yet such coolness from the first face his face saw has left the Doctor more vulnerable than he anticipated: too sensitive to the isolating rejection felt by the mind of the Flesh.
(It’s all the eyes say — why? I can feel them!)
Rule number one is the Doctor lies, but there comes a the tipping point after nine months that don't make any sense. Amy is a puddle on the floor. Rory is begging for answers. White blood drips down the walls and the shadows convulse.
(Why? Why? Why?)
OR: Amy is gone, and the Doctor’s paranoia spirals. Rory can do nothing.

Summary
A plan to distract the Master leads to the Doctor taking him to bed under false pretences. Once the Master realises that this is all part of a plan, he's hurt and angry, and the only way to prove to him that he wasn't being manipulated is for the Doctor to be truthful about his feelings, which will also mean confronting the psychic damage that the High Council caused him, and learning that good intentions don't excuse bad behaviour.
After learning that the love is still there, can the Doctor and the Master find a way to fix their relationship?

Summary
Loneliness is a virus that encroaches upon the soul. The Doctor runs towards River Song before he loses her forever.
If the only place he can be with her is at a point in her past he’d sworn never to trespass — a point where he knows his presence will only hurt the one he most loves...
Well. It's better than being alone.

Summary
"If the Doctor could transmit her love to Yaz, if she had the faculties to show it in a way Yaz would comprehend, she probably wouldn’t want to leave anymore. She’d feel the weight of it, the tear of it, and would understand. But the Doctor would never do that. Yaz’s love is warm and hopeful, and the Doctor’s is not. She would never burden Yaz with the way she loves her.
So, she will find another way. The other way: she will give Yaz what she wants."
