Summary
Reggie, Julie and Alex have been voluntold by Principal Covington to help Luc, the new student from Canada, integrate into Los Feliz. This is harder than it seems because Luc only speaks French.
What is also hard is Reggie and Julie's mutual, longstanding and oblivious pining, and how they've both started pining for Luc as well. This is not helped by how much Luc likes to kiss them. Which is apparently just a thing they do in Canada, according to Reggie's research.
Alex is pining for Willie, worried about being the third wheel if his friends ever do hook up, and wondering where the hell Reggie is getting his information from. He's also a little suspicious of Luc, because shouldn't a kid raised in Canada know at least some English?
And why does he keep calling everyone "Bébé Bird"?
