Summary
Finally, Kotarou and Mayu return with drinks in their hands. They hand Towa and Madarame their share before settling into idle conversation about the nightclub. Mayu says something about wishing the DJ would put on remixes of anime openings, and Towa dryly indulges him on the idea. Kotarou is staring at Madarame again.
He’d always thought Kotarou was similar to a dog. A scraggy, untrained dog. And Towa will always be Madarame’s favorite pet, but it’s no problem for him to toss out scraps to poor mutts out on the street.

Alternatively, Kotarou and Mayu invite Madarame and Towa to go clubbing. Things take a turn for the sexier when Madarame realizes that Kotarou's also trying to get into his pants.

“Too much work,” Towa met Rei’s eager gaze, lifting a hand to stop her from saying what she was about to say. “Don’t bother.”
Surprisingly, Rei dropped it, going back to eating her food.
“Okay,” she said with a shrug. Towa blinked at her, making sure he wasn’t mistaking it. Rei loved to drag shit until he was pretty much beating a dead horse.
“Okay?”
“I heard you.” Rei answered with a pout. “No wedding.”
“No wedding.” Towa repeatedly firmly, and that was the end of it.
Taku and Towa begin their new life in a seaside village with their daughter, Mei, Rei, and their friends.

“Yeah. It’s been on my mind since we saw that little girl. I was just too nervous to um, bring it up. I know it’s a pretty loaded question.”

So he wasn’t joking.
At last, Taku had returned home. As the months pass on, Taku and Towa navigate the trials and tribulations of family, and what it means to be one; their meddling friends to assist them every step of the way.
Marriage was one thing, but parenting especially was never going to be an easy task.
