  Summary

  Mariabella Baggins is twelve when the coldest winter of her life sweeps through the Shire. She's seen snow and ice before, but never has the weather been so terrible that it alters the patterns of dragon migration or causes the normally fertile croplands to fail. The Fell Winter will mark her memory in more ways than one.
