Summary
Little Maximilian Croix, a peasant girl who has too big of a magical talent for her small body, falls in love with the Lord of Anatol. From afar, she would watch him grow until Maximilian could no longer bear to stay in her abusive home, running away at the age of twelve.
Years later, Lord Riftan Calypse hears rumors of a mercenary wizard with a shockingly strong earth affinity... and wild red hair. They meet once more on the battlefield, now as knight and wizard, as the threat of a dragon awakening loomed in the distance.
