Summary
Altering the future is a dangerous game, but when a new prophecy comes to light, Merlin must travel to a long deserted land to save Arthur's life. His magic and his heart be damned.

Summary
Dragged on a mysterious quest against his will, Merlin is determined to figure out what Arthur has been hiding from him. But the more uncomfortable questions he asks, the more he opens himself up to the same. Is it possible to catch Arthur without letting himself be caught? Is he a complete hypocrite for even wondering? As usual, he'll have to rescue the prince from a monster or two before finding out.
Set vaguely between mid-S2 to end of S3. (Canon timeline? I don't know her).
