This is part 4 of my Blank Canvas AU. If you have not read the first three parts, you should do that before starting this one. ;) On to the summary!
Life has never been easy for Izuku. Every step of the way he has had to give 100% effort just to get the bare minimum. And yet, despite his many hardships, Izuku has always remained optimistic. A much needed quality after his life has once again gone to shit. A hospitalized mother and a Villain father with no home to return to, Izuku is now a ward of UA. But Izuku will not let this stop him. No person, no threat, no Quirk was going to hold him back from pursuing his dream of becoming a Hero. Izuku will fight on.
For part 4, we're going into the Overhaul arc. No clear idea of an ending. I'm still on the fence of even what I'm going to do for the Gentle fight. (Honestly it's my least favorite in canon.) But we'll see how things go.
We're not getting into more uncharted territory plot wise for me. So, my update schedule is changing. I'm only human, right? :P I'm aiming more for a monthly update if life allows. Please don't ask for when updates will come. They will happen when they can happen. Thank you.

Ultimate Greymatter villain Deku- Izuku x Momo x KyokaIzuku is born as a “Yagi”. He’s the son of All Might and Inko. He’s also the older brother of his “twin” sister. He wanted to be a hero, but sadly he learns that he’s quirkless. Add in being ignored by his father for his sister, and being bullied by said sister and his childhood friend Bakugo, Izuku really hated the world.
Luckily he had his mother with him, especially when Izuku gets injured badly and is left permanently in a wheelchair for life, did she have enough and leave, meeting Hisashi Midoryia, Izuku’s real father.
Even with being quirkless, he was still smart, so being left in a wheelchair made him even more angry at society.
Though, this somehow causes a quirk to appear, granting him a three eyed frog-like mutation, hyper-intelligent of a supercomputer, telekinesis, and technological mastery. Using this, he makes a hovercraft with many gadgets.
Never wanting for anyone else go through any similar discrimination, he vows to make the world in his own image…even if it means through villainy.

Izuku’s relationship with the quirk registration office was… complicated.
Unable to register one for a year too long, receiving a strike on his record from trying to “falsify quirk information” when he got desperate (it’s not false if it’s true!), getting it wrong anyway and needing a specialist who could identify quirks to approve an update, delaying the second update at the behest of his mother, and choosing not to register the third.
Izuku’s relationship with his quirk itself was also complicated. This won’t stop the fact that he wants to be a hero with his quirk, even if the way there is a little less linear than he hopes.
Or
Inko can move things, Hisashi can learn things, and Izuku can heal things. This makes perfect sense.
