Upon completing the Pokédex, Arceus keeps it's end of the bargain and returns Izuku to his home at the very moment he left. With no warning of this, Izuku struggles to grapple with a modern world he only so recently remembered. His friends he made in Hisui are a world away in the distant past, all but dead now. His whole world has tilted and everything feels uncertain
But he has his team. He has his memories, and his mom back.
Izuku will be a hero. Of that, there is little doubt.

He also has regenerative cells in his body that can heal just about any wound no matter how major. Now combine this with One for All's raw power and you get the perfect mix of offense and defense.
Izuku has his sights set on the title of number one hero, and with his immense power and intellect, nothing is going to stop him from achieving his goal—not even an unexpected relationship with two of his classmates and the weird blood-drinking childhood friend of his!

When something happens and he awakens back in the My Hero Academia world, seven months after his coma began, he now sets his sights on achieving his dream: to become the greatest hero.
This is my first fic, so it is most definitely gonna be kinda shit but I enjoy it nonetheless.
