Summary
Parties were Elliott’s thing, they always had been. He was the party guy; everybody seemed to like them, save for a… select few… but he never thought too hard about that, because that select few didn’t seem to like anything. He basked in the attention he got from those who did show up to his events frequently, because who wouldn’t?
Despite the little slip-up with the invitations on his birthday a few years ago (which he wasn’t still beating himself up about. Really. He wasn’t, he didn’t know why people didn’t believe him.), he’d held them ever since, and people had shown up ever since.

The shock on his face was evident when he, out of the corner of the eye, spotted a guy, dressed head-to-toe in ruffles, black and red silk and even what he assumed was pale face paint (or a really good foundation job), perched in the corner of the room. There was no cup in his hand, no alcohol, he was just… there.
OR
Mirage throws a halloween party, as per usual, just to be shocked when Crypto of all people shows up, dressed better than anybody else at the event.
