Summary
An alternate timeline in which following the Japanese invasion of China into Manchuria, instead of stretching his forces thin to chase the communists around the mainland, Gen.Chiang instead pulls what remains of his standing forces into defending Nanking while also invading Manchuria to pry it back from the foreign powers, & unite China once and for all. Meanwhile, the leaders of Manchukuo become increasingly nervous as Japan shows no sign of stopping their merciless assualt on Asia, even as the war continually escalates against their jailer's favor. The Japanese military continues to kill, rob, & rape anything/anyone they feel like. All to the horror of Manchus, who have to contend with both Imperial Japan, as well as a surfacing infestation of Communist Chinese insurgents. Desperate to save both their already fragile government, as well as the Manchu people from worsening foreign occupation, the leaders of Manchukuo reach out to an unlikely source for help. Despite being nothing more than a puppet figurehead, the emperor sets out to save the Manchu people from tyranny surrounding them at all sides. In order to save Manchuria and reign supreme, the FALSE qing must make hard choices, with very REAL consequences.
