Summary
Premise: When her task force’s commander breaks down, jaded Shelter Alliance Captain Valentina Krekova is pitted against former cargo freighter Captain now Outer Systems Protectorate Captain Daniel Nairos. As the unprepared Alliance heavy cruisers face off against the plucky and motivated Outer Space Protectorate converted bulk freighter vessels, a desperate battle ensues. At stake for both commanders is the highest possible price, the lives of their commands.
