Summary
Desde el jardín del Edén hasta los confines del tiempo, estas dos entidades han caminado más cerca de lo que jamás admitirían, ni siquiera ante sus propios recuerdos. A través de los siglos, entre la arena, el mármol y el humo de las civilizaciones que amaron y perdieron, su vínculo ha persistido en esa delgada línea que separa la devoción del deseo, la obediencia del libre albedrío.
En cada era adoptaron nuevos rostros, nuevas lenguas, nuevas excusas para encontrarse. Y aunque el mundo los viera como extraños, quienes los conocieron, aunque fuera una vez, sintieron en ellos algo que escapaba a la comprensión humana: un equilibrio imposible entre la luz y la sombra.
Esta es solo una de sus tantas historias.
Crowley (o Crawley, en este entonces) y Aziraphale, bajo una forma femenina en la Grecia del siglo VIII a.C., porque, después de todo, ¿qué son el género y la divinidad sino simples disfraces que el tiempo se empeña en olvidar?

Across the centuries, amid sand, marble, and the smoke of civilizations they loved and lost, their bond has persisted along that thin line separating devotion from desire, obedience from free will.
In every era, they adopted new faces, new languages, new excuses to meet. And though the world saw them as strangers, those who knew them, even just once, sensed in them something beyond human comprehension: an impossible balance between light and shadow.
This is just one of their many stories.

Any errors regarding the historical period—mea culpa; Dante also had narrative needs in his fanfic of biblical characters. As someone wiser than me wrote before, English is not my native language and I don’t want it to be. Any mistakes are made out of pure hatred and disrespect for this language. They have taken enough, I won’t let them take my tongue as well.
