Summary

He hates it. Through their journey to find the cure, a strange romance is formed in the darkest of places.

Astarion and Lyra meet at a tavern in the Lower City and immediately hit it off, but the mysterious elf disappears - until they're reunited weeks later on the beach after getting picked up by a Nautiloid. Follow their love story throughout the events of the game as Lyra risks it all to help him Ascend and then grapples with the fallout. Can they find their way back to each other after everything falls apart?
The prologue is pre-canon and Act 1 covers the events of the game. Acts 2 and 3 take place post-game.

Barely psychologically recovered from her last brush with cult activity, Kyrie now has to navigate the new threat of the Absolute alongside a ragtag crew of fellow survivors and allies, while also trying to figure out her new life free from under her family's thumb. It would all certainly be easier without the Complicated Feelings brought on by some of the new men in her life.
Can a "lie, cheat, steal, kill, win" kind of woman actually live up to being the last hope of Faerûn, and even find love along the way?
A mix of major story events and interim moments as Kyrie experienced them, mostly accurate with a few canon tweaks for fun and storytelling. Will eventually become an E rating, just a heads up.
