Summary
The game itself hadn’t been a surprise by any means. He’d initially been surprised when Murrit of all people had contacted him, talking about the game. He’d been cautious to believe anything she said, although with her instance he just agreed to be on the lookout for any odd activity. It was disconcerting seeing her actually care about something, not that he believed every word she’d said. But based on her attitude it was enough to have him on edge, waiting for that night.
Now, he took one last glance behind him. The strange beings that had come from the depths slowly crept closer. Their eyes fixed, inky hands reaching for him. That was all he really needed to see before entering the portal.
ie. Calder gets to go on a walk through his planet and gets bullied by his denizens and some swans. Get almost murdered by a pack of things, and talk to all the people he's upset. Forced to work with his ex and get along with him. And maybe, just maybe get over himself and his past, as a treat if I'm feeling nice.
This is just me being desperate for Calder anything so I took matters into my own hands, sorry in advance.
