Arisu acted without thinking. He cradled the cat to his chest, not knowing that what he was saving wasn’t just a stray—but something far more complicated.
Because Chishiya hadn’t meant to get involved. Observation was enough. Curiosity, a game. He wanted to prove that kindness was weakness, that Arisu's quiet goodness was just another mask waiting to slip.
But now Arisu's hands won’t stop trembling, and Chishiya’s heart won’t stop racing.

She was thankful, however, because her doctor there was none other than Chishiya Shuntarō.

“I just don’t understand,” Arisu says, looking passively at anything except for Chishiya, before his eyes settle in a soft way onto the doctor’s face. “Did I do something? What did I do? Just tell me what it is that I did wrong, and I’ll fix it. I swear.”
Chishiya swallows, malice aimed at himself boiling up because of Arisu’s pleading tone. How does he tell him that this is the problem? That Arisu is too good for him.
OR…
Modern-AU Chirisu where Arisu and Chishiya need to sit down and talk about their feelings but they’re severely allergic to that apparently. Eventually, they talk.

arisu and chishiya have had a Fude ever since middle school, him and chishiya had always been fighting for first place of the weekly test's they take. (they're in a private school whose very competitive.) throughout that time, chishiya finds himself more interested in having arisu around him.
